After over a year of stagnation, work on the canoe has finally started again! It was originally stopped when we decided to build the garage, as my workshop would be moving out there. I’ll be updating the site with pictures as the project progresses.

Swan Lake
There is an inlet along the East Bay Bike Trail that during the winter months, for whatever reason, is very popular with swans. I was riding to work today and took some time to stop to enjoy the view. Noticing that there were a particularly large number of swans today, I started counting them. I finally gave up after counting 64 swans! One of these days I need to bring a camera along for the ride.
